Le Carin Gourmand : From the garden to your plate

A mouth-watering introduction to our restaurant

The gardens of the Cité offer seasonal fruit and vegetables grown in the greatest respect for the environment. With our direct production and other locally-sourced products, we offer authentic, seasonal cuisine.

Whether you’re staying in one of our accomodations, visiting the Cité, or simply tempted by a gourmet experience, come to the Carin Gourmand !

Our menu changes on a daily basis, and to guarantee the freshness of our dishes, we only offer two menu choices per day.

The Carin has indoor seating for 20 people. Approx. 20 additional outdoor seating if the weather allows. We advise you to book in advance !

As home-grown produce provides the basis for a  healthy diet, we also occasionally transform our restaurant into a culinary workshop. In small groups, learn to transform seasonal produce into delicious, healthy dishes.
The locally-sourced, home-made dishes at the Carin Gourmand will delight your taste buds !
